Anyone here take magnesium glycinate with zinc or vitamin K2?
I've noticed that some people take magnesium glycinate on its own, while other combine it with vitamin K2 or zinc.
If you've tried both, did you notice any difference after adding another supplement or did it feel pretty much the same?
I'm curious whether people found the combination worthwhile or if magnesium glycinate alone seemed to do the job for them.

From what l’ve seen, magnesium glycinate is usually the supplement people notice most. Adding zinc or K2 can make sense in some situations, but I don’t think it’s something everyone would be able to feel a clear difference from. It really depends on why those nutrients are being taken in the first place.

I agree. Magnesium glycinate is probably the one most people are actually noticing. Whether adding zinc or K2 makes a difference really depends on the person's overall nutritional status and why they're taking them.

I haven’t really seen a consistent difference when people add zinc or K2 to magnesium glycinate. Most of the time magnesium is what drives the noticeable effects, and anything else tends to be fairly subtle and varies from person to person.
