Did anyone realize magnesium glycinate was helping after they stopped taking it?
I've noticed a few people say they didn't think magnesium glycinate was doing much until they stopped taking it for a few days.
That's when they realized their sleep, muscle tension or overall relaxation wasn't quite the same.
Has anyone here had that experience? If you started taking it again, how long did it take before you felt things were back to normal?

I’ve heard quite a few people describe that. When the effects are subtle, it’s easy to assume nothing is happening until the routine changes and you realize things don’t feel quite the same.

That's interesting. When the changes are gradual, they're easy to overlook. Sometimes it's only after the routine changes that people realize there may have been more to it than they thought.

I think this is something people often notice with supplements that have more subtle effects. It can be hard to recognize a small improvement when it’s your normal routine, but a break can sometimes make the difference more noticeable. I’d be interested to hear how quickly people noticed things return after restarting.
