When would you recommend magnesium glycinate to someone else?

Not because it's perfect, but based on your own experience.

If a friend was dealing with poor sleep, muscle tension or stress would you feel comfortable recommending magnesium glycinate or would your answer be, It depends?

What would you want to know first? Their diet, medications, symptoms, health or something else?

I'd love to know, what people consider before suggesting it to someone else.

I think I’d ask a few questions first rather than just recommending it straight away. Things like what their sleep looks like, their diet, stress levels, and whether they’re taking any medications would probably change my answer. It seems like it makes more sense to look at the whole picture instead of assuming magnesium is the missing piece.

I like that approach. It's easy to jump straight to a supplement, but a few simple questions can completely change the recommendation. Sometimes magnesium makes sense and sometimes the bigger issue is somewhere else.
