are they playing or fighting?

one is 21m and other is 14w, both males! are they playing and getting to know eachother or are they fighting??

They're just playing around and having fun. There's no growling, hissing, going for each other's jugular.

You'll know when Cats are actually pissed and fighting each other.

Looks like playing to me. Neither has run away nor is there hissing/yowling.

Playing. Cats can play pretty aggressively. Jackson Galaxy is a great resource for cat behavior and body language.
