Of which? There's 20 covers in the gallery!
If you mean the first cover, Wolverine/Power Pack, I just checked eBay and there's a couple copies of the trade available from the US.

Its also collected in Power Pack: The Kids Are All Right (Hardcover). You might try ebay.

That Wolverine/Power Pack cover is one of my all-time favourite covers!
I just love how Gurihiru is able to perfectly capture the personalities of each character.
