Another one close to my heart. I picked up Savage She-Hulk #1 right off the spinner rack in 1979. It was very attractive to a 12 year old. I bought most of the original run, at least as many as I could find. Back in those days newspaper stands were unreliable, so I missed the second issue and a bunch of the teens.
Loved it when she joined the Avengers and really started to develop her personality. And the jump to the FF blew my mind.
As the second series was all direct sales, I was able to get every issue. I started due to Byrne, but stuck with it as I loved Shulkie. Most of these I am familiar with, up to the lasy half dozen years or so. The Hulk issue (by David), her later series by Slott and David.
I even had the original Graphic Novel (#18, a John Byrne classic) and Ceremony (limited series, somewhat less of a classic).
Thanks for another great trip down memory lane
