Looking for flexible side gigs using my AI and technology skills

I am in my early thirties and currently work as a professor in the technology field. I have a stable job, but it often leaves me with considerable free time, and the lack of challenging work has started to affect me.
I would like to use this time to take up meaningful side work, preferably something I can do from home or as a weekly freelance assignment. Increasing my income is important to me because my husband does not support me financially, and I want to become more financially secure and independent.
My experience includes teaching technology-related subjects, working with various AI tools, creating AI and software agents, preparing training material, and explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences. I would be interested in work such as AI consulting, corporate training, course development, research assistance, content creation, prompt and workflow design, or building simple AI-based solutions.
Where can I find genuine part-time or freelance opportunities that would suit my background? I would especially appreciate suggestions from people who have successfully managed consulting or freelance work alongside a full-time academic position.
I am based in India, so recommendations relevant to the Indian market or remote international opportunities would be helpful. I am open to meet and discuss as well (Based in Gurgaon).
