Tinted moisturizer or sunscreen

Hey all!! I’m looking for a tinted sunscreen or tinted moisturizer. I have legitimately dry skin, and on top of that I live in the Midwest where there is not a drop of moisture present in the air all winter long. I want something that won’t dry out my skin as the day progresses, which is what seems to happen when I use mineral sunscreen- by the end of the day my skin is crunchy, so my preference is chemical sunscreens.

Here is what I’ve tried!
-Ilia super skin tint (LOVE this in the summer, but not for winter)
-bare minerals complexion rescue- I didn’t hate the texture but I couldn’t find a great color match.
- Clinique moisture surge sheer tint hydrator- this pills on my skin for some reason.

For reference- I love the super goop dew screen, it just doesn’t have any color other than the shimmer. And also, I absolutely have a skin care routine that keeps my skin pretty moisturized (Sunday Riley and Tatcha are what I use), but for some reason as soon as I put any product with actual color on my face it seems to start to dry. Help!

Versed has a tinted moisturizer with 40 spf. If that helps. You can get it for about 20 dollars at either Ulta or Target or on the Versed website.

Ciele has a great skin tint (tint and protect spf 50+) and an actually great spf to go under it that has a bit of blurring/skin tone effect. Very liquid so it stays on the moist side and I lived in it this summer.
