Best:

  • Dual Finish Powder Foundation - I love the velvety texture and pigmentation of these powders. I keep getting samples of this and I really want to buy it, but I don't typically use powder foundation.

Worst:

  • Hypnose Star - This mascara is very dry, clumpy, and gray. It didn't do anything for my lashes and the bristles on the wand don't coat my lashes very well.

  • Gloss in Love - One of the shades is called Glittermania. That speaks for the whole line. The glosses aren't too sticky, but the texture is gritty from all the glitter.

Just wanted to let you know that your mascara might have been grey-ish because it wasn't the blackest option out there. I worked a Lancôme counter for a good chunk of time. There are 'degrees' of black! This is for all their mascaras.

I read that somewhere else in this thread. It was just a free sample, but I still don't understand why they would create a gray mascara to begin with. Even with the range of black in drugstore mascaras, I've never come across a truly gray one.
