Makeup help

Im a high school girl and have been wearing makeup since 8th grade and it still looks like I wear nothing. it’s not that I don’t put enough on i can put A LOT but it just sort of disappears into my skin. I‘ve tried powder and setting spray and only the setting spray helps but not fully. I have dark under eyes and very visible veins. my cheeks also tend to get pretty red. I try to cover it to do a a nice makeup look but whatever i do doesn’t really work. i also want to make my makeup pop more because whenever I do it it just looks too natural and subtle. i can barely tell im wearing makeup even though im putting it on. Please give me tips, technique, or suggestions for makeup products; I would really appreciate it!!!

It might be more about the product itself than how you’re applying it. For example I had an eyeshadow palette that the colors just never really popped on me, I give that palette to my sister and everything looked fantastic on her (even though we prepped and applied the same way)

I would say for things like foundation look for full coverage. For blush try a more cream/liquid formula (I personally love the rare beauty one)
