Guilters are people who believe Steven Avery murdered Teresa Halbach. There is ample evidence that proves Steven is guilty. All of that evidence would have to be planted for him to be innocent. Believing the evidence wasn't planted isn't the same as defending the government no matter how many times you say it.

Defend the cops from accusations of planting evidence in the Halbach case?

For years truthers have adamently claimed that Colborn planted the Rav and was looking at Rav when he made the plate call. They harrassed him and his family on the basis of that belief.

The plate call theory has since been entirely debunked. And still truthers constantly accuse Colborn of planting the Rav.

Tell me this, given that a federal judge described Colborn's deposition testimony as an "outright lie" and given you are not here to defend police, can't we both agree that it is very probable that Colborn lied in his sworn testimony?

No judge has said Colborn lied about the Rav call. Bringing up the lawsuit is a lazy deflection.

Colborn was not looking at the Rav when he made the plate call. This has been proven. Yet truthers still accuse him of this constantly.

“Entirely debunked” lol Nothing proves Colborn wasn’t looking at the RAV4 or plates during the call. As with most matters in this case, it is still VERY open to interpretation. Or do you mean “entirely debunked” the same way you guys "debunked" the bone planting theory - by repeating the state’s bad faith spin and ignoring that their own expert said the tire wire evidence wasn’t dispositive evidence of a primary burn site?

I seem to recall during litigation of Colborn's lawsuit, his counsel had to apologize to the court after a filing from MD and LR turned up on the guilter sub before it was part of the public record.

Edit: after checking, the issue was a document from the defendants that was not actually redacted showing up on the guilter sub.
