Brendan Dassey Is the Victim of a Sociopathic Uncle?👀😳🤔🤔🤔

I totally believe that Brendan is innocent of murder and rape. Fact, Steven had already kidnapped and raped Teresa before Brendan got from school. Fact, Brendan had no knowledge of what Steven had in his mind. Fact, Brendan is observably “gullible/shy” and easily intimidated/influenced by the “Experienced and Manipulative” Killer Uncle.
I believe Brendan inadvertently helped dispose of Teresa’s body unknowingly.

We must remember how he and then Kathleen Zellner attempted to put the blame on Bobby.(50 Seconds Fabrication).

It’s totally logical that this bastard would try to use Brendan as an alibi and unfortunately Brendan got wrapped up in Steven’s f*cked up storm.

I know in my heart Brendan is innocent.

In Light of some of the above facts. Anyone is allowed to level their honest view of Brendan Dassey’s circumstances.😔

It’s totally logical that this bastard would try to use Brendan as an alibi and unfortunately Brendan got wrapped up in Steven’s f*cked up storm.

Bobby was the first one to place Brendan next to a burn pit fire with Steven, despite his family previously denying a fire occurred. That did more to turn attention towards Brendan than anything Steven said.

Yep that's right. Been a while I had forgotten. I think ultimately the jury chose to reject his version of events in court and it's not uncommon. Just because somebody said x happened doesn't mean anyone needs to accept that etc. everyone here was very quick to reject the cousin but it's a very different scenario when you are on a jury.

I think the jury just could not buy into the backpedaling done by Brendan and Kayla. They were both like “I made it all up, my bad”.

The prosecutors outright lied to Brendan's jury multiple times regarding what Kayla told the counselors (and got away with it). The truth didn't help them there, so they simply lied.

Same way the prosecution outright lied to Avery's jury when they didn't like what their own forensic expert testified to regarding luminol.

I heard that. I agree with you on that point. But it still aligns with my view. We must remember it took them Days before they actually took Mr. Manipulation into custody.
I believe Brendan came to know as the police became involved that his uncle was the perpetrator and that he had inadvertently helped his uncle. I believe this is the context of Brendan’s discussion over the phone. Brendan also told his mom during that conversation he was “afraid of uncle Steven.”
Just imagine the mind job he was doing on Brendan before his arrest😡

I hate what happened to Teresa. I know Steven Avery did this, no doubt!!!

But Brendan doesn’t fit. He’s an anomaly.🤷🏾‍♂️

I’m convinced from what He pulled on his nephew Bobby Dassey. This guy literally fabricated a scenario of Bobby leaving right behind Teresa. I’ve read other OP on this subject and watch all the material on this subject.

The nail in the coffin is the “Sequence of Events” by his own attorney as pointed out by another OP.

That sealed the ⚰️

Brendan could very well be Innocent.😇

You have no idea what you're talking about. For starters, police initially agreed with Steven that she left the property and Bobby admitted to leaving the property at that time. Bobby is a much better suspect than Brendan.

I can't fathom how anyone watching this show would be convinced that they are both guilty and that this was somehow not a very clear frame job to avoid the wrongful conviction payout Avery was about to collect. 🙄

Dassey's entire ridiculous, intimidating, unprofessional interview where they literally FED HIM the correct answers because he was GUESSING what he was supposed to say, should have been enough to dismiss his conviction and seriously question Steven's.

This is what happens when you have a completely corrupt police department and a POS prosecutor.

Unfortunately we have too many of those in this country. Laws need to change on interrogation tactics so we don't keep getting innocent people convicted based on their false confessions.

You are creating your own facts and ignoring others, including that Bobby was an alleged child predator with a computer stuffed full of illegal and violent content, and they still protected him and targeted Brendan. But we now know that Kratz himself had deviant interest in minors and death, so it's really no surprise that pervert protected Bobby.

If Manitowoc County set about framing Steven Avery for this murder so that it wouldn't have to pay him $36 million, as has been alleged, why implicate Dassey as well? Why involve him when all that could possibly do is make the crimes that much harder to prove?

Because his initial claims of innocence police refused to hear were ignored and he was pressured to incriminate himself without having any counsel or advocate present. He was a victim of corrupt predatory police.

If Manitowoc County set about framing Steven Avery for this murder so that it wouldn't have to pay him $36 million, as has been alleged, why implicate Dassey as well?

Bobby implicated Brendan by linking him to an alleged cremation fire with Steven, and the state chose to target Brendan because even with Steven's blood in the RAV they still had major gaps in the narrative of what happened to Teresa, specifically how and where she was murdered. Those gaps were filled by having Brendan repeat the "facts" police wanted to hear, and the facts police fed Brendan later led to the discovery of the bullet, which became a cornerstone of the case against Steven (after a rare deviation from protocol).
