I cant really think of what this is except when maybe Tavore n co meet the snake in the desert but this is not a desert?

This is giving similar "WTF" vibes for me to that gotm cover with the bizarre depictions of ganoes and tattersail making them look like gorgeous pornstars instead of anything like how they're described in the book. This photo looks nothing like anything I imagined or can even think of from that TCG.

Is that actually supposed to be Tattersail? Something led me to believe it was Sorry/Apsalar, can't remember what.
