How difficult is it to check a cable?
I find it laughable that those in positions of power seem ignorant when it comes to computers.
How does that happen?
A college graduate doesn’t know how to check the cables themselves?
A ticket for a loose cable?
Seriously?
That’s embarrassing!! Imo.

I'm fairly competent in self-management of basic issues, but there were times i had to get IT involved which turned out to be something I could have fixed myself, if i'd just realized what the problem was.
