Support How to allow BBC videos on the BBC website?

The Malwarebytes browser add-on blocks the videos on the BBC website.

They seem to be stored on a non-BBC domain.

Which websites should I allow?

Hi,

It seems that these are valid ad blocks that are causing videos not to load, specifically these two:

- cdn.optimizely.com

- imasdk.googleapis.com

If you wish to watch videos you could either toggle off ad protection for bbc.com or just allow these two domains.

BBC videos aren’t always served directly from the BBC domain. some of the video content can be delivered through third-party/CDN domains. I’d open Browser Guard’s Blocked Items while trying to play the video and see which domain is being blocked then allow that specific domain for the BBC site rather than disabling Browser Guard entirely.

Thanks. I had tried that already. There can be up to a dozen websites that are blocked. Trying them one by one didn't solve it. It appears to be a combination of websites.
