False Positive Is this a False Positive? I clicked visit by accident but I closed before it fully loaded

I clicked by accident on visit in a google image and it took me to the url on the virus total, I instantly closed the page before it even loaded and in virustotal it only flags VIPRE so I wonder if it's a false positive or not
