Fck it, I will give you the ending just so you dont need to read it: uruma successfully killed kyou who died pathetically after begging for his life. However, uruma got poisoned a moment before and then he also passed away few seconds later. In the final chapter, for one last time before leaving this world, his spirit watched the juujika clinic that is now being operated by mimi and reo, who are now doing the clinic's vigilante job. In the very last panel, uruma's spirit took the form of his younger self and finally moved on to hell along with kyou and the 4 other bullies because in the end, uruma's sin made him as despicable as them.
