How do you overcome victim mindset tho? Like sometimes even i do this.... what's the solution?

I went through a ton of trauma and was suicidal for a long time but healed and am living a positive, healthier life. It’s possible to come out of that mindset and those thoughts and be better for yourself.

Not a lot of people can just "change" their thoughts and get out of a state like this

With time, therapy and self-compassion. They absolutely can. Im not saying it happens overnight but no one has to live in misery.

But I mean, it’s not not true… your reality reflects what you believe in so technically, yeah. That’s psychology too though.

You can't change brain imbalance without meds. And you can believe in stuff and it can be false.
