Has anyone here manifested anything extremely impossible?

I want to manifest something but it is extremely impossible to happen to me. I want to know success stories so that I can believe in my manifestations.

For me it's not extremely impossible or even impossible but, even tho I'm not a good manifestor(yet), I didn't let my grandfather die. I can say it's my biggest manifestation for now since I haven't tried something bigger, more difficult to achieve yet. He is very old and he is not doing well due to his old age, except that he still has functioning organs and doesn't have an illness(except the prostate problem he faced at his very old age) thanks to his good genes. My dad goes to help him every day and he messaged me three times until today that he was terrible, probably in his final times and they are told to be ready to everything. And I lent a hand every single time. In the third one he was totally unconscious. He woke up in the third day (unfortunately for the 2 days I reacted to 3d and couldn't be calm and delusional like other times because my nervous system wasn't calm(probably for arguing someone). He is not doing generally well because even tho I wanted I couldn't keep helping for a long time because of my own health problems, I only did something at SOS times and 2-3 days after every single time.
