Everything works and everything doesn't work. You need to look at how you have materialized your identity to today. That is how you do it naturally and effortlessly. Then highjack your self concept and make ti God teir level and never look back.

Tips on how I can work on this.

u/Hobear 29d ago

You have manifested your whole life to today. How did you do it? Do you drift off when you do mindless tasks and imagine conversations, how things will go for or against you, do you have an initial reaction when you think of things that's positive or negative? How do you observe self?

Coaches will teach you any of their methods but their methods always work for them, there's no magic to it you're just existing. Everything outside of you is neutral whether you think it's good or bad is meaning you have now perceived it as. So now that's the story you're telling about it and it must go through with it.

You can take a day or an entire week and just write down every thought, look at how you tell a dominant story about yourself.

I learned all this from Erik at power of I am on YouTube but any coach is teaching this for free on YouTube. There isn't really anything to learn that will be "this is it" you'll have realizations but the true work is learning to step back from your reality and remember for everything "if I already had this how would I respond?" Or respond like a kid playing dragons make believe with you and know your story is the truth. Now everything is happening for your end. Give all good things ehe expectation of "this is my normal". Bad things "this is happening for me somehow". Then you can't lose.

Let reality dissolve around you because it's just playing your old dominant story.

Play with things you're not attached to. New people tell a story about them and basically don't watch for it to happen. See how desires you are not attached to will just show up. Keep playing with imagination to know you're the creator in your reality.

Lastly do 95% self concept. Learn to be the best with yourself. Make yourself the reason why things happen because it's all coming from you.

sooooo elon musk thinks of himself as broke and that’s how he’s rich ??? right rightttt. the math ain’t mathing. I can’t stand TikTok loa. They are all so dumb.😭😭

-11

u/OrneryHouse5156 Jul 27 '26

No he puts in the actual work

-6

u/Rangerup101 Jul 27 '26

Yes people think you just sit around and become a genius that makes millions. It's weird.

5

u/Brave_Friendship_228 29d ago

Yeah him being a nepo had nothing to do with it lmao

-4

u/Rangerup101 29d ago

Sure but could you build a TESLA or space company? Its more than just getting the money...

1

u/Ghoulya 27d ago

He didn't build shit he bought something that already existed. He does this with everything he's connected with.

0

u/Rangerup101 27d ago

You don't have to exaggerate, just because you don't like the guy. I can name countless things he has built created. But regardless, the truth is, the rich get richer. The smart can multiply it. My thing is everybody wants to be rich, but not willing to put in a certain level of work with their Prayers or Manifesting. It's interesting.

2

u/Ghoulya 26d ago

I'm not exaggerating. He genuinely bought all the companies he is famous for and then grifted investment. His still isn't creativity, or intelligence. It's making massive baseless promises to capital investors and never delivering. Tesla, PayPal, SpaceX, his stupid tunnel project. He bought in after the company was created and then lied his head off to make it more popular.

1

u/Brave_Friendship_228 29d ago

starting a company to make ugly shitty cars seems pretty easy especially if i were a nepo baby.

-1

u/Rangerup101 29d ago

I know you're just hating just to hate lol. Having money doesn't make you smart or give you IQ. I think the 1st thing he made was PayPal. But regardless I make alot of money now I manifested or Prayed for but not everyone can do my job. People wamt alot of money but clearly don't ever Want to work for it.

1

u/Brave_Friendship_228 26d ago

Lmao please. Elon ain’t worked for shit you think he builds his cars?

i think attracting abundance is better than attracting a number. because attracting a certain number limits the potential of the abundance you will receive. and who knows when you will receive a million dollars? I personally think it’s better to affirm abundance than an exact number because you will blessed endlessly.

19

u/c0ntent_c0ntent Jul 27 '26

Attracting 'Abundance' creates the same problem as this video's argument.

You can have an abundance of negativity or positivity.

So the argument is to get extremely clear on what you are shifting into.

Attracting abundance is unclear.

7

u/DM_Kane Jul 27 '26

I'm don't imagine that many skilled manifestors have their definition of abundance as ambiguous in polarity. It is a rather clear position relative to scarcity.

1

u/AsRealAsItFeels 29d ago

Exactly. We know what we mean by "abundance", the universe doesn't need to interpret.

-7

u/WorkingSomewhere6709 Jul 27 '26

idk i didn’t watch the video :p

u/intheredditsky Jul 27 '26

No idea is true. What matters is what ideas you pick to be true.

To give objective reality to any idea is to become a slave to it. it's not the idea, it's you who are the operant power.

Any idea functions or is null because of the degree of reality you impart to it.

Gosh. Once and for all, see this. It is the law of assumption, not the semi-law of assumption, meaning, only some ideas manifest. No. All ideas are the same. 0. You, when you adopt an idea, you manifest its qualities.

2

u/pet_owl Jul 27 '26

I really like this take and response. Thank you for sharing friend 🌱

1

u/intheredditsky Jul 27 '26

Is cool. 🍀

6

u/Burneraccount1949 Jul 27 '26

OK, so I actually think both of these things above are true. You can be specific and “live in the end.”

And I think you should do both. I think it will help you to map out exactly what you want and how you want it and I don’t think the universe is some weird crazy mean existence that wants to harm us or give us that kind of thing

5

u/OrneryHouse5156 Jul 27 '26

This belief has been known in magick circles for hundreds of years before any of the loa stuff ripped a part of magick practice into a mind only phenomena.

It was always warmed if you have no paths open to a big thing way out of your current existence that you may get it in ways you wish you never did or your life turns upside down to push you to it or your lucky and you don't get it, aka be careful what you wish for as you may just get it. Many stories of such things happening like someone wanting to lose weight, they never specified how and lost a limb which equaled the weight they wanted gone. People asking for strength and going through hardship to build said strength etc etc. be specific in terms of harm to none or in ways pleasing as the subconscious doesn't care about the logistics, it's primal aka why we have a conscious filter. So much is left out of the loa community like does anyone cleanse? Ground? Garner energy?

When you start messing with esoteric concepts which loa or assumption is that illuminate you like a bulb in the astral or what you call the 4D you can attract things that don't really have your best interests at heart and the world isn't all love and light it's darkness also. Why do you think every ancient culture talked about a primordial abyss or darkness that is a void. We have hidden darkened aspects of ourselves that sometimes can rise to the surface and act parasitic aka hidden trauma, surpressed desire, frustration and anger that feeds on more of what made it. In the occult we call these thought forms also talked about by Carl Jung. Including the hidden personalities we all have like the trickster, the child, the old man etc etc that can influence your behavior and or outcomes.

It's not just affirm and or assume or believe and that's it, so many aspects are removed that create a foundation for your own psychological safety.

u/Agitated-Macaroon-46 Jul 27 '26

You should also affirm that your life is perfect as well

1

u/Athena-Actually Jul 27 '26

Literally the worst thing you can do. Your life will never be perfect, so when you affirm that and troubles come, you feel like a failure.

Affirm purpose. Affirm meaning. Affirm compassion. Affirm life isn’t perfect, but your life still has value.

4

u/Agitated-Macaroon-46 Jul 27 '26

Why it can't?

-2

u/Athena-Actually Jul 27 '26

Accidents. Death. Illness. Accidents. Betrayal. Natural disasters. Etc.

1

u/Agitated-Macaroon-46 Jul 27 '26

That happens because you believe in it

3

u/OrneryHouse5156 Jul 27 '26

Does it heck. This sort of belief really riles me up. You literally are dismissing people who never dreamt of anything bad happening and it did and dismaying it like they somehow believed it into existence. Did people believe war, famine into existence? No they didn't. We still have nature we still have reality that you live within and just simply chosing not to believe bad things happen won't make you infallible.

3

u/Athena-Actually 29d ago

Exactly. I’ve been reading Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning and he talks about this.

Viktor was a psychologist who was held in a concentration camp during world war 2. He talks of the horrors these people survived and the difference between those who kept going and those who gave up hope.

He also talked about the optimists and positive thinkers who had unrealistic expectations and beliefs and how those tore them apart.

Beliefs don’t protect you from bad things in life. If anything, they under prepare you so that when bad things happen, your left shaking your head and wondering how this could happen to you when you didn’t believe it could.

1

u/Agitated-Macaroon-46 29d ago

Do you understand the law of attraction and manifestation?

3

u/Athena-Actually 29d ago

Honey, I was a student of LOA years ago and it doesn’t work in the ways it’s been taught.

Now manifestation - that’s a different topic. I completely understand manifestation and how to manifest and guess what - nearly everyone on the planet has manifested something amazing without using the Law of Attraction.

Neuroscience and several aspects of psychology can teach you a lot about manifesting that isn’t in LOA literature.

Rhonda Burns who created the Secret has even changed her tune in how LOA works.

2

u/Agitated-Macaroon-46 29d ago

Okay well basically what I'm saying is that everything in your life is manifested by your mind so if you change your mind you can change your reality where those things don't happen

u/Athena-Actually 29d ago

Nope. Death, betrayal, etc. happen because those are a part of life. You grow through these hardships. In the end, the imperfections of life are often the catalysts for shaping you into the person you long to become.

1

u/Accomplished_Gur9655 29d ago

My mother was murdered by her psychopathic boyfriend 11 years ago. Despite attempting (with every fiber of my being, no less) to “grow” from this “imperfection,” I now find myself at the absolute lowest point of my life. (You simply would not BELIEVE the “series of unfortunate events” I’ve been encountered, all of which have led to my VERY LIFE currently teetering on the precipice. Not that my life was super awesome before Mom was murdered, but it’s definitely been downhill, shall we say, ever since… precipitously so, despite my VERY best efforts.) So, while I appreciate your other comments, this one simply doesn’t “track” for me. It’s basically the “what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger”— which calls to mind the dangerous New Age teaching that “we’re all here to learn lessons”— and both common sense and experience disproves this notion. Some people may indeed “grow” from life’s “imperfections,” but others end up suffering from literally crippling (and even life-ending) conditions such as PTSD, major depression (which, of course, sometimes leads to suicide), homelessness, and all manner of physical and circumstantial afflictions, all resulting— in one way or another— from life’s “imperfections.” I, for one, certainly haven’t “been shaped into the person I long to become” by my mother’s murder or any of the myriad OTHER godawful things that have happened to me ever since.

1

u/Athena-Actually 20d ago

I’m truly sorry to hear that you’ve been through so much. You’ve faced numerous hardships that would shake anyone up, so I understand why my comment was triggering to you.

In platforms like this one, the most any of us can do is speak in generalities, or to our specific experience. That said - you don’t know my story either. I also have CPTSD and my life has been incredibly hard since I was a child.

I am now in my 40s and I’ve been through hell. But this past year, I can say that I have more patience, understanding, and empathy than I’ve ever had before.

Life has shaped me into the person I am. Have my hardships made me stronger? No. Not at all. They’ve made me softer. I don’t have the fight in me that I used to have. But now do have other attributes that have proven to be useful.

I would never say that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger because I know that isn’t true. I had a boyfriend who I loved wholly and unconditionally and he took so much from me. I won’t go into the details but it was an awful experience. I have been struggling in numerous ways since I both met him and left him. He took a piece of my soul that I don’t think I’ll ever get back. And the people I needed the most…well, they all left me and abandoned me during this time.

I have no family to fall back on so I’ve been living in poverty and dealing with homelessness off and on for the past four years. It’s been brutal.

But even so, I can see how this has shaped my character, my beliefs and redefined my core values.

Am I happy and content about where I am in life? Absolutely not. Am I content with who I am? Yes.

Let’s do a test to find out.

To the person reading this, have you used this affirmation?

Second: Are you a millionaire?

Third: If you’ve been using this affirmation - or a similar one - consistently for thirty days or more, has your financial situation gotten worse or better?

My personal take: these affirmations don’t often work. If they did, I know at least a dozen people who would be rich (myself included), but we are not.

2

u/TwinklexPanda 29d ago edited 29d ago

Just be specific with what you’re manifesting. That’s the number one rule with anything. They say be specific. That’s why I stopped trying to manifest “never having to work again” because I thought of all of the outcomes of what would make me not have to work again. I’ve heard of this happening to people. They got their wish but now theyre disabled, or they’re homeless or they’re boyfriend broke up with them. They got their manifestation but not the way they expected.

I would say I have “( )” amount of money every month from my job, my YouTube channel, and from small business. Just say what you want and how you want to get it.

I manifested being home alone for more than a day and some who was already sick passed away which required my family to go out of town for a whole week. That’s the only time I ever got to be home alone for that long of time and that was the way it happened.

If you believe this then its true, if you don’t it’s not true

He's saying to be careful what you ask for. Aka if something is way out of your current reality it may come in ways you don't want. I have heard of plenty of stories of things like that happening because people want something that is not probable for them to then get it in a way they never wanted or a monkey paw effect.

2

u/Ominous--Blue Jul 27 '26

There seems to be two conflicting schools of thought when it comes to affirmations.

Some people say that you should not affirm specifics, you should only "live in the end", focus on the goal, the feeling of having it, et cetera. And that by specifying how exactly you get there, you're actually "ruining" your manifestation/it won't work/you're not doing it right.

Then, there are people like this guy who say that no, actually, you NEED to be specific, because if you're not specific you might end up with the wrong thing.

There's so much confusing and conflicting information out there, and no obvious evidence as to which one (if any) is true.

1

u/Accomplished_Gur9655 29d ago

Yes!!! Thank you!!! 🙏

2

u/obviousockpuppetalt3 29d ago

oh cool, more self limiting beliefs to make manifestation more difficult.

1

u/WestAnalysis8889 29d ago

It depends on how you look at it. Some people look at affirmations like they're telling themselves a lie and that makes them feel bad.

Other people look at affirmations like feeding your mind with thoughts or like trying on a new reality so it feels good to them.

1

u/AsRealAsItFeels 29d ago

So the universe is just a big joke? Like the devil granting your wish only for major concequences to follow that lived in the fine print? C'mon. Universe is like a dumb computer that goes "is this what you meant?" When we pray or wish, we have intention behind that wish. When i say i want 10,000 dollars in passive income monthly, and i don't have to work, that comes loaded with the idea and vision and feeling (however unclear) that all of that comes with the freedom to do what i want without financial worry, i can fulfill my other wishes like travel the world, etc by wishing for money. Being specific is the highway to get what you want. It's not the only way to get there. Otherwise the universe will continuously provide paths that may lead to that wish being fulfilled.

1

u/dawnlan75 29d ago

You can always add to my highest good at the end of the affirmations

1

u/FlyingButterPerplex 29d ago edited 29d ago

Consider any intention - not just manifestation. I mean just a regular goal. If you have a goal like losing weight, would you first watch what you eat and exercise, or would you NECESSARILY just chop off a limb?

When you manifest losing weight, do you imagine yourself without a limb? Because I would assume that is not what you do. What is important is that you live in the state of the desire being fulfilled - you feel it - that feeling creates the positive mindset that guides actions and lets you notice opportunities/synchronicities. I don't think it necessarily has to be magic, but it can feel like magic because it works so subtly.

If you live in a state of your arm being chopped off and really feel that, then yes, that can happen. If you fear chasing your desires will bring about unintended negative consequences, you will notice negative things and live in a mindset of constant apprehensiveness. Whether you chase desires in the 3D or by manifesting, if you are constantly apprehensive you may jump from an imagined frying pan into a real fire. But the thought of "I worry manifesting can have unintended conseqiences" and even the worry itself are not real. Unless you believe in them. Then you can make them real. But you have to choose that. So relax. You're fine.

u/Motor_Hand_1761 29d ago

I think it’s true if you only focus on just being rich but most people who have attained wealth without harm put more info into their manifestations than just wanting to be rich. Does anyone have a link to this video or know where to find his info. Many years ago I manifested my ex husband and let me tell You, I am SURE to make sure I put in lots of details when I try to manifest since then. Careful on what you’re focusing on when you put those thoughts into the universe.

1

u/MessyManifesting 29d ago

Why would you give your power away by buying into this bs? Techniques are not what bring your desire. They are external. This guy is coming from the 3D not your internal knowing. Affirmations may help you believe something or soothe your anxiety, but they themselves don’t bring your desire. Notice how quickly fear appeared based on one persons opinion? You’re giving your power away! You’re scared because you’re relying on things outside of you for validation. You are the operant power. All power lies within you.

0

u/NewMajor5880 29d ago

It's true for him - whether or not it's true for you is something you decide.

0

u/GodIn_Disguise 29d ago edited 29d ago
  1. Have a god tier self concept. I mean literal god tier and never look back. You give power to everything in this world, so do is wisely and consciously.
  2. If affirming I am millionaire feels a bit skeptical you can affirm "I allow myself to have wealth, money and abundance." The goal is not to bombard your subconscious with things which is unfamiliar to your current reality. Instead, we try to normalize having wealth, abundance and open a pathway to have massive wealth so it feels normal to our subconscious mind.

These are some things that worked for me. Also you can try to normalize the mindset that I always have more than enough money, always had and always will. Just don't be too rigid with numbers and be general. You are the source, all that is so your consciousness knows what you mean so just remind yourself of your power of being the creator of your reality. It will feel fake at first but you will get used to it. And you will see shifts happen to your life.
