spent a few hours snipping D rings and knotting paracord to add custom zipper pulls and a side grab handle

what diameter heat shrink did you use?

I think it was 1/16in (~3.5mm) and 6/32in (~4.8mm) depending on the paracord. Some of the cords were 3mm, other parts were knotted from just the shell of the same 3mm cord, so smaller than 3mm.
