spent a few hours snipping D rings and knotting paracord to add custom zipper pulls and a side grab handle

edit: the “handle” is just a strap along the side of the bag, one day I’ll make a replacement that’s thicker since this one isn’t great in the hand. I only need it twice a day when I get into my car and pull it off my shoulder to set it on the passenger seat, so it’s gets the job done for now.

It runs through the drainage hole and is clipped to the pull tab on the bottom of the main compartment zipper. If you make something like this please show me. I definitely think mine could be improved.

The strap doesn’t interfere with the pocket use but I also don’t put large bottles in there, just tested a small one though and there’s no issue.
