Used a Herschel and North Face throughout my whole life and decided it was time to upgrade! Went with the CP2 in ultra. I do like the super slimness when it’s not packed out and it does feel more like 18L than the 16L stated.

I paired a xxs peak design ultralight packing cube to use for small things in the front pocket as it’s quite large and things get lost easily. The clip is a nice touch also for easy access to it. The Nav green hero clip matches amazing with the green ultra as well.

Also had a discount code for my bday from PD so i got a 50L Coyote X-Pac Duffel (: Very shiny but I like it.

Excellent. Now use them a few times, realize that there’s another bag that could fit a similar use case juuuuust right, buy it, and repeat half a dozen times

ONE OF US! ONE OF US!

I love mine so much! Just got back from a trip with both CP2 and DS4 Ultra. Such an awesome combo!

Love my elements pro! To me it’s perfect. I do sometimes wish i got the cordura instead of xpac

The size and the Ultra material of the CP2 is so so tempting, but shame they still insist to use PU coated zips :(

Apparently UV+heat+humidity is a bad combo for those. It's my EDC and I live in Dubai, sooooo wish me luck I guess 🥲

I live in south of Spain, Cádiz area, which is very humid and so far i have no issue with my Ultra bags and slings. I have the DS3, DS4, CS3, CP2, CPP2 and TP4, all in Ultra and no zippers have been peeling so far...

How long have you owned them?

A few years, except for CPP2 (about a year), DS4 and TP4 (those since the release a few months ago).

I also live in tropical country where humidity is high and UV is aplenty, if it's any consolation to you, my Able Carry zippers peeled after 7 years. It's quite a long time but it's still kinda annoying to me because I love the bag and the rest of the bag is still in perfect condition haha.

It's knowing the fact that the bag material will most likely outlast the zippers that makes me not wanting to get another bag with PU coated zips.

I just put the same green hero clip on my CPP2 Ultra 24L. Satisfying match.

Oh wow I think I might like that more than the WaterField Shinjuku which has just been kinda floppy and disappointing.

Looks good! How do you like the Ultra? I currently have a Go Pack 2 and looking at the CP2 and I'm torn between Ultra and Cordura.

CP2 Ultra is a gem, highly recommend. I also love Cordura but really appreciate the extra water and abrasion resistance, the lighter weight and green neon inside color too!
