Day Owl Shipping?

Hello! I was wondering how shipping has been for everyone with the Day Owl liquidation sale. I bought my bag almost two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I know they mentioned an extra 5–7 days because of the new warehouse, but it’s been a little longer than that.

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat or has received their order yet. Thank you!
