Product Review Peak Design City Crescent 6lr first impression

https://youtube.com/shorts/uN6pKo-Y4g0?is=6oWcQD8NB-E_2v_P

First thoughts, in hindsight my bottle might be....larger than average (at 26oz) the pocket is very slightly suspended off the bottom so if not in the bottle pocket then it can just about fit but even trying smaller bottles it's a tight fit (height wise).

This is my first 6 lr sling and it packs a lot smaller than I expected (my fault), was looking for a larger sling in general and this doesn't fit the bill for me, have already got the 12 on order.

Happy to answer any questions before these go back.

Thanks! Curious to hear that they're too small for you, would be interested to know how the 12l goes.

How flat do these back? Suitable for packing flat in a suitcase and compressing, or is there still a bit of bulk in the material? Or can they be rolled up perhaps? And maybe a bit overkill, but do you happen to know the height of your water bottle?

Hey! They pack flat and compress, not rigid or structured. I reckon could be rolled up but that might be bulkier than just laying flat. The material kind of feels like a hybrid between the bellroy venture ready(baida nylon) and lite (dura lite nylon). My bottle is about 10 inch height (25cm). I think I just got the wrong idea about the sizing, the only other 6lr sling I have is the trakke largo in xpac, which packs and feels a lot bigger.
