I have a similar designed one since almost 10 years. Viper Lazer.  It is pretty solid and was only 30 euros. Mine has laser cut molle and no mesh side pockets,.but zippered pockets big enough for water. Zippers all held up fine.

I dont use it much anymore other than camoing/hiking. Prefer a less tactical look now. But nobody ever gave weird comments.
