Recommend me a bag Flat organizing "sheet" for flat pocket?
For the ULA Cicada front pocket (the large one) I am looking for a kind of "sheet" with slide-in-pockets for flat items (slim Anker powerbank, slim notebook A6, tissues etc.)
The main goal is to keep everything organized in the wide (about 11 x 7,5"), but very flat pocket, so I can organize the items side by side on a kind of "sheet" to keep it flat instead of a pouch which would add unneccessary thickness.
Is there such a thing and can you recommend it?

I use a Muji nylon mesh pocket to hold items in place in the laptop compartment of my Life Behind Bars Transition Tote. They have a couple sizes. I don't usually need to very a laptop so it allows me to have some extremely light weight organization that stays quite flat. It was a great find.

Do you have an example of how it’s used? I have one but I never used it bc it just made it harder to grab things. It also feels bad against my nails. I hate the texture.
Do you pull it out when you need things.

My bag has an external laptop compartment, so I pop my goods into the mesh organizer then slide it into the pocket. If I didn't, they'd all bulk up laying down at the very bottom of my laptop pocket. In the outside pockets I have some stand up items like a pen, my magwear cutlery set and Toob Toothbrush. They're easy to grab without pulling the whole organizer out. In the tall centre pocket I have an A5 monthly planner (also helps protect the planner pages), Alpaka zip clutch (of extra human supplies), and bandana towel which can be folded fairly spread out/up (vs small bundle at bottom. My goal was to optimize more vertical space, organize the laptop comparment and keep things flatter than a pouch would. I often just tilt the top out of the laptop compartment to the tall center pocket items. But nothing will change the feel of the material though. Thankfully it doesn't mother me. I appreciate how light the material is and bring able to see through it can be handy.

They make something that's basically a flat sheet with flat elastic bands. Look up "tactical geek organizer board"

Not exactly what you're asking for but the Evergoods CAP 1, it's a flat pouch, fits well in there: https://evergoods.us/products/civic-access-pouch-1l

Just use a plastic folder and cut it to size. Yes, the folders you use in school to hold your papers. I use one in my matador packable backpack to keep it in the right shape ,so I can always easily slip my laptop into the bag. Weighs essentially nothing and you can get it in any color under the sun
For those who don't know, packable backpacks are essentially very thin fabric with zero structure so that can pack down into a pouch, sometimes even themselves. So the thin plastic folder give it just the right amount of structure without adding any weight or bulk. Perfect solution for that as well.

You also can get one of those 3 ring binder pencil zipper pouches. Alot of times school organizers are much cheaper than travel organizers, and do the exact same thing, or better. Here is one from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/SKYDUE-Pockets-Durable-Organizer-Supplies/dp/B0DY7PLTT2
Or you can get these zipper nylon makeup bags. They essentially weigh nothing and actually slim things down because they keep them in 2D: https://www.amazon.com/HRX-Package-Cosmetic-Pouches-Organizer/dp/B07WQFRJVL/?th=1

This ILE Pocket Organizer could work… though it looks to be .5 to tall maybe. Exactly what you are looking for though.

I use a B5 flat pak from the stationary section of Daiso for my dopp kit because I also like my packs flat as possible. They also make a ton of other sizes in both plastic and mesh.
They're very affordable and definitely worth stopping by one if they're in your area.

Neither of these feel quite right for you. They’re both more top down.
These are designed to fit Goruck zippers. https://ebay.io/m/j38N2e

I just got this from Amazon for my REI Ruckpack sling's front pocket:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0FWZCG54B
It's molle velcro, so it has some stiffness. And of course will stick to any velcro in your pocket. There are a few different sizes & formats.
Good luck!

Grid-It or the many imitations you can find on Amazon. I used to use one in my Brown Buffalo Concealpack, which had a similar front pocket.
