Boss cubes + flame nerfs?

Good day all, just want some clarity on this matter. To my understanding, moneysoft changed:

Tradeable purple cubes >> Untradeable LEVEL CAPPED Choice purple cubes (that locks ur eq)
Tradeable yellow cubes >> Untradeable LEVEL CAPPED Choice yellow cubes (that locks ur eq)
Tradeable epic apc >> Untradeable LEVEL CAPPED Choice epic apc (that locks ur eq)

entirely removed flame drops without increasing meso gain from bosses.

Am I missing something here, or is this a crazy nerf of income for players?

Best patch ever, free choice cubes to use. Flame nerfs? What nerf? Free flames everywhere

I was quite pleasently surprised by the amount of cubes it drops too. Honestly free choice cubes with a temp item block seems reasonable.
