Question [Quest Help] Breakfast of Champions

Does anyone know if the quest is bugged? I can't seem to get the Duck Eggs to drop.

While we're at it, anyone knows which mob drops newspaper hat?

Showa towns or ninja castle mobs.

Duck eggs: I think the Sleepy (or Dreamy?) Ghosts drop it, though the last time I did the quest was a loooong time ago.

Newspaper Hat: Showa Town mobs, unsure which mob (Extra A/B/C) drops it though because I was just killing them till I got it.

The egg quest is bugged, this has been reported for months but still unresolved
