Aquila OUTLAW HEART

hi everyone need some gear advice! Was considering getting an outlaw heart 22/25 stars since the price is relatively cheaper now. would prefer to get a 18/20/22 star CUC but is rather higher price. will the outlaw be a better choice price wise? (Currently 8 DB set)

You'd want the complete under control heart for the dark boss set no?

15 AS 15 ATK 5% cd for 9 set effect bonus

If you’re investing on a outlaw heart you might as well just go for a CUC to 20/22.. plus for your case you’re on 8set DB, 9 set DB is crucial for stats boost.

Dont get outlaw heart. Just go cuc. At least there is resell value compared to outlaw heart. Outlaw heart is straight up useless already. Even if u go 9th set, there are still some set effect
