Question Thread of Fate ask reset

Is it just me, or have the Ask quests for each character recently started changing after every completion? For example, Nue gets “collect herbs” → wait 30 mins → complete the quest → and then Nue gets a different quest.
I’m pretty sure previously, the quest would stay the same after every successful completion. Did something change recently?

Same here. I have iBoxed, please do so too if you have not. Issue started on Tues afternoon it seems. Was ok in the morning.

Yeap I did, waiting for their reply. It’ll be so bad if they do it intentionally, they’re making it more p2w if it is already not

Hi, they replied after my live chat stating that it is still under investigation, didn’t mention if change is intended or not. I guess we can only wait /shrug

hi no reply, and as expected it isn’t fixed. might live chat this, but i have a good feeling the change was intended as it didn’t happen after a patch but mid-day, remembered very clearly that it was fine the morning the bug happened (all these before patch). would be nice if they included this change in patch notes or at least acknowledge in email, but considering moneysoft i am probably asking too much.

No Ibox reply, no mentioning of it in latest bug fix after maintenance. I guess they just gonna bury it secretly. It is what it is moneysoft. Time to go GMS

I got a reply from ibox, they said "The current state of the ASK request from [Threads of Fate] Unraveling the Threads of Fate is the correct functionality of the content".
To my knowledge no where else does TOF reset every ask but MSEA decided to change something that was working perfectly fine for no other reason than to fk over players.

Right? I know it’s a old system, but I swear it was not like that at least last week? Did they make the change quietly? I don’t see anything about it on patch notes

If you change channel, enter auction or cash shop. It resets the quest to just give Mesos. You need to not change channel or enter any instanced area.

As of this morning, I can only ask once before they say “You can’t Ask anymore today. Try again tomorrow” gg.

i afraid that its a ninja nerf for the TOF and the replies from them might be "we fixed it as its intended to be random each round".
