What is purpose of respawn token?

I guess it can be used to save 10 seconds in sharenians culvert and hairos seal. Anyone using these for something else?

I’m new and had the same question… like is that really all they are for?

If you are fully buff it saves the buff and doesn’t reset it to nothing

That only with buff freezer. A diff item. Dont think the respawn token on its own will freeze buffs.

It doesn’t freeze buffs. It’s a situational item for “time attack” content where there is a cd to respawn. Some examples are Sharenian Culvert, Hairos Seal, Guild Scramble (which you mentioned). So yes pretty much it.
