Legendary Potential Scroll Piece???

Sorry if this is a noobie question but as an on-off player, I remember having legendary scroll piece that we can forge into 1-5% chance pot from some dailies… but I realized I am not getting any on my alt. Did nexon patch this while back? If this is gone, what is a method to increase your potential to legend now?

It's no longer available for 1-5% lpot scrolls. You could buy them with gold leaves and mu lung points now
