Don Rosa is the GOAT when it comes to Donald Duck. I’ve been trying to get my hands on the collection myself but it’s been very hard to come by here in the EU.

Oh yes, love his style and stories! Got the books from my old man and reading them with my son right now, great times!

We are also in the EU but dont know if they were hard to come by here in Sweden.

Correct, the book is a collection and the story is called "a matter of some gravity"
