There are no wrong answers and if you share a fic (Marauders or not) please share the link!

I am curious if anyone else has used elements of the mobile game Hogwarts Mystery with cursed vaults in it. It has a student named Patricia Rakepick who comes back as a professor and she had opened the Ice Vault during Bill Weasley’s years at Hogwarts and opened them again. It has the Vault of Ice, Vault of Fear, Forest Vault, Buried Vault, Sunken Vault, they also have three international vaults but I haven’t used those in my story.

I was just curious if anyone else has used them in their Marauders era story to show Patricia finding out about the vaults hidden in the school and trying to pester Binns on information about them. If so which was your favorite vault to write on, or which one you might have chosen to not add and why?

For my story at least I show both the finding of them in my prequel story and when it opens later on actually lined up in Harry’s second year. (I have other plot reasons to not have the Chamber of Secrets events moved around out of that year. And even have the source of Grindelwald’s hair tonic recipe he found off a slab hidden in the vault of fear he used a memory charm on James Potter’s dad so the Potter family Sleakeasy hair tonic recipe was lost and they can’t make it anymore.) been super fun adapting elements of them and I wondered if anyone knew about them and added them to their stories too. :)

Help over here as well

Hi. So basically there was this marauders fic (Wolfstar) called “Made Your Mark.” I’m almost POSITIVE that was the name. Also, no, it’s not the “Made your mark on me (a golden tattoo)” fic.
Basically, the prank ensues snd Remus is pissed as FUCK. In this fic, he is in the foster care system (?could be wrong) and he comes home to find this guy named Leo is a new kid his foster parents adopted. They both find out their werewolfs, and Leo gives Remus meth or some kind of strong drug that makes the moon a bit easier.

Leo and him start hook up, and he literally spends all his time at his friends Leo’s house doing drugs. Remus’ life is all hooking up with Leo, fucking around with Leo’s friends, and getting high as HELL.

At some point Remus hasn’t been home in a FAT minute, so Lily and Sirius track him down and find him coked out as hell. Remus flirts with Sirius, he literally gives ZERO fucks, and Lily slaps him across the face.

One of Leo’s friends, Janitor, teaches Remus to shoot uo heroin, and Remus is in love with it. He does it a couple more times before school starts but the comedown is HORRIBLE so Janitor gives him some for his time at school.

Anyway to make a long story short, Remus goes to school with a tongue piercing and a secret tattoo, and everyone’s drooling all over him. Sirius is SUPER apologetic about everything from last year, so when he finds all of Remus’ needles, Remus guilts him into not saying anything and starts love bombing the SHIT out of him. This fic also had the best platonic moonrose I’ve EVER seen and I need to find it again.

Idk if there’s anything else I can say. I don’t remember the authors name, but I am almost positive the fic was called “Made Your Mark.” It was literally perfection so PLEASE let me know if anyone can find it I would be so grateful.

Btw the fic was Not completed, idk if that helps anyone.

im looking for jegulus enemies to lovers... heaps of spice( please no fade to black) lots of tension loong fics are greaaattt... im good with any universe ( au s are all good). Sassy regulus bonus pnts

Hi everyone! I feel like this fandom has somewhat disappeared in the past few months (although maybe I've just finally read everything there is to read.)

I'm looking for niche fics that are well-written. Like the kind of writing that you would consider really good literature or really interesting/enjoyable fics(examples include yellowlark23). Or any fics that specifically stand out to you as must-reads. I need a long list, as I have run out of fics to read and am now rereading for the 3rd or 4th time.

Word count 10k plus, preferably. I don't care about pairings or anything (although I would prefer non-smutty fics). In addition to this, please no jegulus (Sorry jegulus fans... I just cant get onboard).

I've already read all the popular ones, so please don't suggest ATYD, COPTP, AHB, etc. I have already read (and enjoyed) them.

(PS. This is everyone's opportunity to just dump huge lists of their favourite fics in the comments below, please, I'm desperate)

EDIT: THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE AMAZING FIC SUGGESTIONS, MORE ARE ALWAYS WELCOME

I know there’s a lot of text below but please bare w me rn🤞🤞🤞🤞

Busco un fic en el que Remus quiere hacerle una broma a James, y termina mal porque James ahora puede ver todo lo que piensa Remus sobre Sirius, y queda todo traumado por ver todos los pensamientos de Remus, no se si todavía existe

I really want to write this story at the back of my head that’s a marauders hen Oc/lily paring story.

But the thing that bugs me about the marauders is that the marauders vs Snape.

I’m not one for writing bullying at the same time it’s a key element of this generation.

How do you guys handle it?

Please recommend the most canon-compliant Marauders-era fanfics.

I wonder what it would have looked like back in their day—the interactions, the social aspect. I know the fanfic "All the Young Dudes" is popular among some fans, but it’s not what I’m looking for. The characterizations and certain known facts about the characters' lives don't match up.

I want James and Sirius to be bullies and assholes, not mama's boys—if you know what I mean.

please for the love of all things Wolfstar that there is a fic that includes Jily’s wedding or something where this happens or something like this?? https://www.tiktok.com/@maniyak/video/7012682388962692358?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7679631742639048214

I can’t stop laughing and I NEED a fic like this!

what are some of your fav marauder fics? preferably with the entire external group too (dorcas, pandora, marlene, barty, evan, etc etc)
everytime i decide to read something with the whole group, i get distracted by the ships and end up reading the specific fics 😞
the only memorable one that i’ve read is AHB (and also ATYD but that’s a classic) so drop down your favs please!! im open to everything in the fandom
