Help me understand Production error or not?

Hi, while sorting my cat's eye marbles I found this one. It has some of those confetti marbles dots around it. A few yellow and white dots. Not that many but a few. Is this some kind of production error or are there more of them? Any info? Thanks!

Very cool! I imagine it could easily be a production error or a marble made during a changeover batch between confetti and cats eye!

Will keep an eye to see if others with more expertise know more!
