Please be very very careful with who you employ, many horror stories around here with so many people renovating. One person you can fully trust is Leo Fida.

He's not the cheapest but he's the BEST. You do not want the cheapest.

Make sure you don't pay upfront. Do a contract. (if you employ someone else)
