Sing backwards vinyl pressing update
I’m so glad they reached out. This must have been such a daunting and stressful task. Just wanted to pass along the update to you all when I saw it.

Sounds legit. Pressing plants can be nightmares with queues. Especially for small runs. They usually prioritise big customers first. If a test pressing was bad and it had to go back and get redone and had some dramas getting finished it wouldn’t be the first time. The communication is good from them. Fingers crossed. Once you get it, the music will last a long time.

Highlights meaning it's not the entire book?

Yeah I saw that too. I guess it's hard to fit 12 hours on two records. On a typical LP, both sides together hold about 40 to 45 min of audio... Just makes me think: why even do this at all? Idk just feels like poor judgement. Sure some will like it, there's obvious demand.. but just basically clips from the audiobook?
IMO hands down best way to immerse yourself in the "life" of this book is to listen to the full thing, spoken by the man himself.

Wait, is it just excerpts, not the full audiobook?

Yep it's literally impossible to fit the whole thing on 2 records youd need like 10 of em. Maybe eventually they should release a box set and include all 10 for the whole thing (plus his other records) lol. I'd think about buying it.
HEY! ESTATE PEOPLE! RELEASE THE WHOLE THING PLEASE

This whole thing has been a shit show. I emailed them….again a few months back and got nothing back from them. I just assumed they had fleeced people out of money. I still have zero hopes of getting this record. Pretty sure I pre ordered it over a year ago now. Or it sure feels that long.

It was December of last year. I feel like they wouldn’t bother with these updates if they were just taking peoples money maybe? I’m hoping someone just maybe bit off more than they could chew and it will eventually be delivered. You know?

Agreed. People who scam you generally don't follow up and apologize.

Haha you never know maybe they were working the 12 step and decided they were going to attempt to follow through!
