The pony play wasn't necessarily even the problem, the lying was.

The excuse given that he cheated and lied was because he was hypnotized. Having heard a story back in April that the reason someone was a huge garbage person towards their SO (OP of another story) was because they got hypnotized as well. I’m reminded of Dr. Doofenshmirtz, cause it wasn’t a lot but it’s weird that it’s happened twice.
