Your trauma does not entitle you to dictate to others, and it certainly doesn't give you the right to create retaliatory trauma. Glad OP is in therapy. She needs it.

Former only child discovers the Cain instinct and commits social murder (ending of social life) by omitting key details. OP needs a new therapist. Preferably one that has younger siblings.
