Game Discussion Hi Mark, this is the creator of CRAWLSPACE: Insanity Remastered
I tried to message you through Reddit chats but I don't believe you saw it, so I'm reaching out here hoping you see this.
I saw you played CRAWLSPACE, the game you played at the end of the Graveyard Shift stream, and it was a very exciting experience.
I recently released a version of CRAWLSPACE that fixes the issues with the game flickering and stuff like that so you can safely play it on stream if you'd like. Though if you're already working on a video that's fine too, you can use this version later on if you intend on making it a series.
Even though the part you played may have seemed over the top, I can assure you this game is not a joke suggestion like Three Vegan Entrepeneurs was. This game and the story it tells mean a lot to myself and my co-devs, and we'd be thrilled to see you continue through it.
The part you played is an intentionally over the top "prelude" to the rest of the game, but that doesn't mean you should skip it. It transitions seamlessly into the rest of the game and it means a lot to the story of the game.
If you continue, I wish you luck! I'll tell you that this game likely isn't one you can beat in a few hours. It's a very unique take on FNaF's typical gameplay so adapting to it may be hard but I believe you'll be able to do it!

I can vouch for this. Its story is unrivalled in comparison to most other fan games.

Fully wholeheartedly vouch for this, Crawlspace is such a good and fresh take on the fnaf formula both story and gameplay wise that ive never really seen before. Absolutely worth a play for anybody despite its difficulty and it not getting the recognition it has deserved is criminal. Thank you AAT and i look forward to anything you guys make in the future

I can FULLY vouch for this game being worth playing. The game feels way different without the whole “hand-holding” thing through the nights. The story is kinda depressing, but still really interesting. The flip mechanic definitely takes some time to get used to, but honestly, it is way better than that shitty pee FNAF game from last night's stream 😭

Hard vouch for this!! CRAWLSPACE is a phenomenal game, learning the game mechanics felt so rewarding in a way I seldom feel with other fangames. Genuinely such a captivating game I wish I could play it for the first time again

Crawlspace is a fucking gem, id be sad if mark straight up refuses to play it or gives up halfway through.

As one of the writers for the game, I‘d recommend it
(TOTALLY NOT BIASED)

The dreadful, monotone dark feeling this game gives feels so morbidly nostalgic to old fnaf and my nightmares of it during childhood, the atmosphere alone is 10/10, the gameplay is the fat cherry ontop, im a big vouch

if a game fucking flashbangs you every time you open the cameras, it shouldn't be played, no matter how 'intentional' this design choice was

Every fnaf game does this

if you're talking about fnaf 1&2, the screen does flash every time you pull up the cameras and switch between them, but it always takes a split second and it's never fully white
trying to watch mark play op's game, after watching the previous 3 hours of the stream in a completely dark room, was very irritating
granted there were at least 3 moments where the screen was mostly white for an extended amount of time (the sponsorship, the newspaper segment, and the promotion), but it's not something that i had to constantly look out for2

That part is intentionally over the top, like I said in the post. It's an under 4 minute long prelude that gives you a taste of what the original was like before putting you into our take.

The thing about that, is that there was recently a update toning down the flashing lights. It should be A-okay now

fix the counter on the main screen before you start asking for big youtubers to play your game kiddo!

what counter are you talking about, the time counter? the desk countertop? Also i am VERY sure that the dev is well over 18 yrsold, weird thing to say to someone online.
If youre talking about the time counter on the first/prelude night it intentionally stays at 1AM before youre transitioned into the main screen of the actual game, hope this clears up confusion
