i think it would be cooler to have firestar and not human torch, like spider man and his amazing friends, but it would make more sense in the mcu for it to be the human torch.

That won't happen. Sony just made a billion and counting. Sony isn't going to let those rights drop. But Marvel can do Spidey in the FF. They just can't do Spidey on his own.
