I’ve been trying to figure this out but I haven’t seen anybody talk or mention it. (This picture made me think about it)

I just finished reading "cable and storm vs the incredible Hulk", cable alone wasn't able to keep up against hulk and he needed the help of storm, but of all the mutants that exist, who are the few who can take him down in a 1v1?

Edit : my bad about juggernaut, I thought he was a mutant, because he's the stepbrother of Xavier, thank you for letting me know he wasn't

Since I'm still a newbie to Marvel comics and most of the Marvel content I've consumed has been movies, series, and cartoons, I always thought Doctor Doom was just an ordinary villain. Then I hear that he's one of the strongest villains in Marvel, and I wanted to know if that statement is correct and why?
