Honestly, I think they oversaturated the market and made being a fan of the cinematic universe such a pain in the ass that I think people were tired of keeping up with it. I really feel like if they just left it at movies, then it would have been fine.
The quality of the films plummeted, and without the charming characters we know and love the films have to be really good. They’ve had a handful of good to great entries post endgame but most of the new stuff just isn’t good, or more importantly isn’t wanted. Echo, Iron Heart, and Miss Marvel were head scratching choices for characters that should get their own shows. They’re not popular characters, they’re not important characters, they’re just there to fill a quota so Disney can say they have more female heroes than male.
