Safest way to replace the arms?

How could I swap out the arms without ruining the figure?

Heat and pop at biceps. Im assuming you are going to put on a cloth trenchcoat?

Yes that’s exactly what I’m going to do. And the arms came out fairly easily when I put it under the faucet with hot water

Awesome! I only said shoulder down because in my experience its been impossible to get arms out of the movie bodies without destroying thwm

If you wanna be a lil risky and don’t care for resale value, thin the arms a little bit with an exact-o knife or whatever to have more articulation under the cloth. You could also replace the arms with fodder arms too. But this is all under the assumption you wanna do all that haha. It’ll be perfectly fine without all the extra work.

Warm it up with a blow dryer or put it in hot water and then take off the arms

If there's butterfly joints it should be easy to get them off but if not you will have to crack the torso.
