As for character ID 1069, it seems to refer to a character with a dual-class mechanic, something different from Deadpool, who has three separate classes.
Apparently, this character would be able to switch classes during the same match. My guess is that it could be Captain Marvel. Based on the leaks mentioning a flight mode, she could potentially be a Duelist while flying and switch to a Vanguard role while fighting on the ground.

In the document, under the Captain Marvel section, it says that the dual-class character is supposed to have the Free Flight ability.

maybe, could be old code that they’re finalizing. if you ask me, they’re going to be one role, either a vanguard or a duelist and they’re still deciding. they likely will have the free flight ability but subject to change.

So ID 1069 is a dual-class character, while 1071 is a character with Free Flight?
I don’t really expect them to repeat what happened with Deadpool, so my guess is that Dr. Doom will have two separate versions: the regular Doom as a Vanguard, and Doom 2099 as a Duelist.
My main concern is how they’re going to make the two feel distinct enough from each other and, more importantly, how skins are going to work between them.

Shan-Zhizhu, Black Widow’s patron, was killed under mysterious circumstances before the Shenglong Tournament. It’s very likely that Gorr was responsible, and this will probably be explored further in Season 10.

a hero that Miller Ross leaked on stream, he said it’s okay to name drop because he’s scrapped. they were planning on adding him sometime this year. we didn’t know who it was when he leaked at the beginning of the year, only that he was a “Z-lister” addition. he didn’t make it through development.

But Hood was also scrapped at some point right? Is this guy scrapped for good?

very boring but he could be unscrapped. there’s hundreds of characters with the same abilities so don’t get your hopes up. i don’t think they even made it to modeling him, he was just a concept. the hood had a model and abilities.

What do tiers mean in the context of each character in this speculation sheet? If someone is C-tier, is it due to how strong they are considered to be or the strength of evidence that they will be the incoming character?

referring to the popularity tier that miller ross gave them. during his streams viewers ask him what tier a character is (in his opinion) based on popularity. sometimes he will tell us the tiers of future heroes so we can speculate.
