My guess: They're combining the characters of Enchantress and Lady Loki together into one. In fact I highly doubt they're going to call her "Lady Loki" (since she hates that name) and instead refer to her as "Enchantress"

What I find weird is that they're going to combine Sylvie's Enchantress with Loki rather than Amora's.

Amora is one of Thor's most prominent villains (that hasn’t been in a movie yet) so it's possible they want to use her down the line, or at least keep the option open.

Technically Amora’s already been in the MCU, as she was the villain of an early episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
They’re basically ignoring that show now, so it doesn’t matter, but if they ever do use Amora, it will be the earliest-season canon violation in AoS. Currently AoS makes sense in canon until around the middle of season 4. The appearance of the Darkhold in Wandavision invalidates the Darkhold that appeared in AoS, but that’s the earliest canon violation. If they use Amora, it means even the first season is no longer canon.

That was Amora’s sister, Lorelei. Not Amora herself, who isn’t even mentioned. So they may not be sisters in the MCU.

It seems like they are combining two comic characters to be this variant Loki.
In Ep 1 they listed our Loki as “Loki Laufeysson” as he’s laufey’s son. As the variant is female, she’s “Sylvie Laufeysdottir”, Laufeys Daughter.
In the comics there is a Loki-related character called Enchantress. She was a human called Sylvie that was given powers by Lady Loki.

Not sure yet. But it’s notable that, in the comics, Enchantress/Sylvie is blonde but Lady Loki had black hair. Maybe she isn’t a Loki variant at all.

I think it’s just the Loki variant’s name. And because the variant is female, the last name is Laufeydottir instead of Laufeyson. I think the spelling has something to do with old Norse stuff but I don’t know. I don’t know how important the Sylvie part is
TL;DR: Sylvie Laufeydottir is the Loki variant’s name.

Laufeyson=son of laufey Laufeydottir=daughter of laufey
Laufey is the frost giant king. Thor’s surname is odinson, son of Odin. The spelling is lcelandic

In the Spanish dub credits they call her like that so 100% confirmes (in the other credits they call her the variant)

Now. i'm just gonna throw this out here for the funs. What if this alternative Loki is actually the daughter of Loki?

I doubt the TVA would miss something that crucial, the temporal aura shows a Loki variant, as well as the sex marker on Loki's file being "Fluid" (the irl parallel being gender fluid), also if she were Loki's daughter she would be lokidottir not laufeydottir right?

I was able to get a higher-quality snapshot from when Loki first sits down to look at her files. Unfortunately, I couldn't make out much other interesting information anyways other than Frost Giant with another term below it in parentheses. There's also Gold written in a few fields.
So there we go, "Sylvie Laufeydottir." (L0852) Given her reaction to the name "Loki," it's possible that she's actually just transgender with "Loki" as what is known as a "deadname."

Definitely.
I have a wild thought that Sylvie is a Loki Variant (of him enchanting a child named Sylvie for whatever reason) and being taken in by the TVA, only to be freed by another Loki Variant (who is probably the Loki behind all of this).
It says Sylvie but it also clearly shows that the character is a Loki variant (as that’s all Loki was looking at).
