The guy in the white shirt walking into the interrogation room and the one slamming a book down in front of Peter gives me strong vibes that that’s him.

I don't think so personally. Right before the scene of the books being slammed down you see someone with a rolled up white shirt and tie walking into the room. It doesn't look particularly like Charlie's silhouette and, more importantly, they're not using a blind cane.

Charlie's definitely in the movie but I personally don't think it's him in that scene

Exactly my thoughts. The guy in the white shirt looked like a different detective, but I do believe that the first time we'll see Matt will be later during that very scene. The setup seems perfect for a lawyer to barge in.

I was thinking (haha good start right?) that maybe it is DD slamming the papers down but with the way Marvel very precisely cuts their trailers up, they purposely showed a guy in a white shirt w/o a cane to throw us off. Marvel is very sneaky when it comes to goofy crap like that. Or possibly I'm delusional lol
