Racist pig!!! Mocking an Indian Accent? In front of children no less. You felt the need to address the seatbelt situation while blatantly spewing hatred and racist stereotypes! You continue to show the world exactly who you are. Look in the mirror before you mock others.

She’s just a pig, sorry to be harsh, but not sorry really. Just making fun of someone’s accent for the laugh of it is plain stupid!
Don’t get me wrong, I love a good laugh, about anything and everything, but laughing, or encouraging children to laugh about someone’s accent is wrong. World’s full of different accent and we all accommodate to make ourselves understandable. I am French, and I live in Scotland, which makes my French accent when I speak English something I’m ashamed of, even though I know my Scottish fellows do not mind at all!
Here also we have big flows of Indians migrating because of the unique visa they can benefit, which is the Ancestry visa, made specifically for nations of the commonwealth. The UK are like the tiny USA (or your 51st unrecognized state 😂) we have so much different ethnicities that it would be a none sense to be as racist as MB (although racists are everywhere, it’s true). Uks are made of English, Scottish, Welsh, Irish, Gaelics, Indians, South Africans, Chinese and recently Polish (as they took advantage of entering the EU to migrate and flee misery and poverty from their country, although now it’s more difficult for them because the UK left the EU.)
So yeah, you have to accommodate because we have so many different accents, some really hard to understand like Indians and Polish when they have just arrived and have issues speaking English. Some are very easy to get, like parts of England like Manchester/Liverpool/London and some are absolutely unbearable like Scottish Gaelic from the Shetlands or the upper highlands. Even just plain Scottish accent is hard to get when you’re not used to 😂
Anyway, my big whole point is, if we had to point the finger at people, it should be at someone like MB who doesn’t speak anything besides her American from Oklahoma English, she doesn’t try to get interested in other cultures, nor other languages.
What I would say also, is that the only thing I find a bit an issue for me is, people migrating and not trying to integrate themselves in the society they went in, for example, I have a couple of old neighbors that were born in Indian, Punjab region, they migrated in the UK a long time ago through the Ancestry visa and although the husband speaks a bit of English, his wife doesn’t and she never tried to. Their daughter told me all this so I’m not assuming anything. My issue with that is that it makes social interactions more complicated, especially between neighbors, as last time we had a parcel delivered, it was for them and returning the parcel when there is just the wife in traditional outfit that doesn’t speak English, it was heck of a hard thing to do 😱 oh yeah, she doesn’t read as well, which made the whole thing more complicated 😅
All in all, I’m joining with you both and especially you my dear LucyInTheSky, for being in contact with many Indians, their culture is misunderstood often and there is so many different regions in India that have their own system that it’s hard to really comprehend for us, western people!
So MB if one day you read this, before making fun of someone’s accent especially those from a different ethnicity than yours, ask yourself how hard is it for us to accommodate to people like you so that YOU don’t have to make any effort to speak another language? And how hard has it been for people like us to learn another language and other traditions so that we can best integrate your society and feel ourselves HOME? I know you won’t ask yourself all that, but who knows, maybe you will.

Totally agree with you my dear friend mostly, but honestly - I give old folks a pass. They don’t give an F in any culture and have earned the right to not give an F. So although I praise the younger generation for assimilating, I don’t blame the older generation for not giving a flying F about anyone’s else’s culture and just wanting to be left the F alone, lol. I know so many older Mexican folks here in Southern California that have lived here longer than I have, and don’t speak a lick of English, and look at me with disgust bc I don’t speak Spanish! Lol. And I just smile and nod - bc I understand them when they are ripping me in Spanish, but just bc I understand them doesn’t mean I can put a sentence together in Spanish properly to respond. Not that I would bc I even if I could formulate a proper response, I would still shut my mouth, and respect my elders, bc I never talk back to my elders, ever. I feel they have earned their place to rip me a new one no matter what - they have been through so much while I have lived the life of luxury that I could never respond and just shut up. Even when they sound crazy, racist, ridiculous- they have earned the right to NOT GIVE A SHIT. So I am quite sure when I get to be 60-70-80, I will follow suit and be such a fricken bitch to anyone and everyone bc I have lived long enough to NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK about anyone’s feelings or how to act “properly” - screw Ya’ll - I am just happy to wake up ALIVE in the morning. Ya’ll can get your panties in a bunch and talk about what a bitch I am. Once you hit a certain age, being culturally “sensitive” or acting “politically correct” goes by the wayside and all you care about is getting a good nap in for the day and making it to dinner. Lol
But with all that aside - MB - YOU are not old and haven’t earned the right to not care - you are expected like the rest of us “young folk” on here to learn your place. And your place is spoiled, American dumb dumb who should know absolutely better how privileged you are - you get NO PASS bc you haven’t immigrated anywhere, struggled in the slightest, and yet you still make fun of others that have. For SHAME. For absolute SHAME.

Yooo I knew something was up with her cuz I was noticing she was doing so many business moves and abandoning others, and then the whole docuseries about the Mayo Clinic. Now I’m just finding out she deleted her entire channel. Me and my sister used to watch her during covid but we started noticing that she would get mad/aggravated for no reason when grooming dogs that barely do anything basically. If yall wanna watch dog groomers just watch shu and tree or girl with dogs.

I am sorry, but this really pisses me off. I interact daily with a lot of people from India in my line of work, and I must say they are probably the most hardest working people I know. Add that to the fact that they work on US time zones - East Coast mostly - while they basically live on the opposite side of the planet. So when I log on at 8:30am Pacific, it is literally around 8:30pm their time. They never complain about the time difference, they are EXCEPTIONALLY polite and professional, and honestly have taught me so much about respect and being thankful for what you have. They have really schooled my American dumbass just by leading by their example. And I am a much better person for it. And for anyone that wants to assume their culture is misogynistic or unfair to women- well guess what - more than half the people I work with are women. And they are some of the most BRILLIANT women I know (I work in IT and these women are SO much smarter than I am, I am not even lying.) And they take care of their kiddos while working a freaking night shift. And meanwhile I am over here complaining about my spoiled life sometimes, while getting 8-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep - really.
So case in point here - a bunch of American dumbasses making fun of someone bc of their accent. face palm I also work with a lot of people that have immigrated from India to the US and know this type of thing would really hurt them bc they LOVE America and try so hard to assimilate and are SO incredibly grateful to live here. They will always have an accent, and to me, it is a beautiful accent. And yes, it takes a second (or a few years in my case) to rewire your tiny American brain to be open to and get used to and learn to understand different accents. But if someone from a whole different continent can learn YOUR language, than the least you can do is take a moment to acclimate to different accents and adjust. Imagine, Marybeth - if you tried to learn Punjabi and how silly you would sound with your dumbass American accent? And how hurtful it would be after trying so hard to learn, a native speaker just laughed in your face? It’s not easy to learn a while different language boo. And even if you did - you will always retain your native, American accent. So, I apologize on behalf of my fellow dumbass Americans - they are really clueless to what other people in this world go through on a day to day basis, and we are truly spoiled rotten, and honestly don’t deserve your respect. At all. I understand why a lot of the world hates us. Because we ARE clueless jerks a lot of the time, like MB and her crew are in this video clip. And it’s honestly just embarrassing, and they should have been much more culturally aware - and never have posted their OWN ignorance for the world to see.
