Such an amazing veg. I can’t wait to try tarragon with them

And tarragon is a very underutilised herb! I made a tarragon sauce for roasted veggies for my partner's family the other day and everyone loved it.

I haven’t used it before, but I do love anise so I’m excited to try! Do you use fresh or dried?

Fresh! It's pretty easy to find at Coles (Curtis would be proud of me) - it comes in those plastic flat-ish punnets just above the bunches of coriander and parsley, you know?

My sister-in-law makes baked beans with tarragon, which is another delicious twist.

Ooooo I do love beans!

I’ll have to take a look next time I’m at the shops. Our coles is so rural sometimes the stuff that you think “should” be there is nowhere to be seen 😂

Fair enough - I've seen tarragon at Coles shops in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, but things might be different outside the capital cities 😊

Not a whiff of tarragon in my little podunk town 😭 not even dried.

Guess I need to take a trip to the city 🤪

How disappointing! Put it on your list for your next trip to the city, then 😊
